*All of our landlord protection coverages are provided through SUREVESTOR. Landlords will be provided detailed info on the plans and will need to acknowledge a full understanding at signing of lease agreements. Per Surevestor, each home must be vested in their program for 6 months before being able to qualify for a claim.

**There is a $1,500 deductible per event that will be applied to all malicious and theft claims, which will be paid by Landlord.

***Coverage for tenant skips, tenants evicted, tenant passes away is covered up to a max of $3,000 per month for the specific time period.
