We make sure you get paid on time, every time. All tenants pay online using our tenant portal, once funds are verified & available we direct deposit to your account, generally by the 10th of each month.
Maintenance
We conduct move-in and move-out inspections on all properties. When issues occur, tenants make requests through our online system, Our team then investigates the issue, secures bids and schedules repairs. All communications and steps of process can be visible in our landlord/tenant portals.
Financials
We provide monthly detailed financial reports and end of year summaries along with owner 1099’s. it's never been easier to keep tabs on your investment, with all reports available in your owner portal.
Eviction Protection
